Concrete Construction Manager
Highly respected, and established firm seeks concrete construction manager.
Oversee and coordinate the planning, budgeting, and implementation of concrete frame formwork.
Oversee the preparation of quantity surveys, formwork estimates, and project proposals.
Oversee all subcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes and procedures.
Develop customer relationships, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer, construction engineering, construction management, or related degree and/or experience in a management role
5 years’ work experience in any similar concrete management role
