My client a growing Real Estate Development company is seeking to add a Construction Warranty Manager to their growing team. They are seeking the following qualifications:
Experience in Multi-Family or Residential Construction
Conduct homeowner assessments for large developments
Determine corrective work orders and root-cause analysis
Ability to organize, schedule and execute work through vendors
Maintain excellent customer relationships
Responsible for quality inspections, trades, backcharges and POs
