CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
My client is looking to add an Estimator to its talented staff.
Strong commercial construction experience: Fit Out, Renovations, Additions, Interiors, Ground Up
Sage Timberline software knowledge is preferred
Conduct quantity take-offs, proposals, bid work, meet with clients
Project experience with commercial, institutional, academic a plus
Strong working knowledge of commercial construction methods, processes and management practices
Manage estimating process and timelines to meet company objectives, both short and long term.
Perform necessary research to produce accurate, complete, and competitive pricing.
Communicate with customers to define the project scope, address deficiencies, negotiate pricing, and build relationships.
and experience in relevant industry estimating software a plus
BENEFITS:
