ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (High-End Residential)
Our client is a leader in New York City's high-end residential construction market. They are currently in need of a skilled Assistant Project Manager.
DUTIES
Will coordinate the job planning and execution with Project Manager of high-end, luxury residential projects in New York City.
Must be able to interpret detailed plans and specifications while also creating and updating project schedules.
Assistant Project Manager will create and maintain project logs (Submittals, RFI’s, Change Orders, etc.).
Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors from project inception through completion.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful Assistant PM will have 2-4 years' sucessful experience in high-end, luxury residential construction projects in New York City.
Bachelors Degree in construction management or engineering.
Technical skills in construction related software (Timberline, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
SALARY: $70-90K
