Business is booming at this highly reputable electrical contractor right in North Jersey. We need a top-notch Estimator with the following experience.
Material takeoffs, cost estimates, monitor raw material prices.
Job visits.
Projects are tenant build outs, commercial, schools, and medical.
Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, materials.
Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
Vendor and supplier negotiation experience.
Proficient with computer literacy.
Estimating for change order requests.
Excellent team leadership ability and can interact with clients.
