Plumbing Superintendent Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Plumbing Superintendent
is between $80,000 and $125,000 depending on experience and possibly more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a successful history of performance.
Excellent base salary

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:
Develop and build teams for each project while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing to scope, delivering on time, and delivering within budget.
Drive division profitability through effective execution.
Prepare workload, team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions
Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required
Affect and implement programs to improve the quality of our service, products and systems to meet client's requirements and expectations and to minimize costs and maximize the company's competitive position
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of Mechanical construction Plumbing Superintendent experience
Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
Communication and coaching skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Able to promptly resolve team management problems
Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner DESIRED
