We are seeking a litigation associate with at least 3 years of construction litigation experience for our Walnut Creek office. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written advocacy skills, have demonstrated experience in depositions, drafting and arguing motions and trial related briefs, be detail oriented and possess superior organizational skills and the ability to handle litigation matters independently representing owners, contractors, and subcontractors in construction delay and/or acceleration claims; claims involving differing site conditions, extra work, construction defects, and professional negligence claims involving architects and engineers; and mechanics’ lien, bond and stop payment notice claims. Ideal candidates will have a J.D. from a top tier law school and graduated in the top of their class. EOE. Principals only, no recruiters please.
