SUMMARY
Stampede Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to manage and supervise potential projects. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope, managing resources, and supervising personnel. Project managers should have a background in business skills, construction management, budgeting and analysis. Project Manager will report to Stampede Ventures, Inc. Operations Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management and quality control to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Attend, facilitate, coordinate all required meetings and progress updates
Enforcing vendor and subcontractor contracts within the context of the project
Providing onsite project oversight and leadership of quality control and risk mitigation

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Proven working experience as a project manager for similar size and complexity projects
Experience enforcing and complying to quality standards set forth in government documentation, plans, and specifications
Solid construction background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the field
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Excellent communications skills, oral and written.

• Ability to take direction and follow instructions adequately.

• Familiarity with other PC software packages typically associated with construction

• Proficient or have the ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to read and/or learn to interpret drawings and specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
• Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, materials, and scheduling
Preferred
10 years of construction management experience
Experience working under federal contracts is a must
Experience working on federal and/or military installations

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
