Our client, an Award Winning National Realestate Developer, was established over 25 years ago and have since built themselves into a leading Developer across the US. They pride themselves on their successful company growth, and now oversee more then 200 markets across over 60 offices. This includes most major markets in the United States, including one of the best producing markets in Charlotte. They own, build, and operate their properties, which primarily include luxury condominiums and mixed use, both Multifamily and High rise. As a firm, they have consistently ranked as one of the Top Realestate Developers in today's US and Southeastern Markets. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager who can help to oversee their Charlotte operations immediately.

Description
The Project Manager - Leading Realestate Developer - Charlotte will be responsible for:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
Select subcontractors and schedule and coordinate their activities
Monitor projects and report progress and budget matters to the construction firm and clients
Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems with the project
Ensure that the project complies with legal requirements, such building and safety codes
Profile
The Project Manager - Leading Realestate Developer - Charlotte should have:
5 years of experience as a PM for a General Contractor or Developer
Multifamily/Mixed Use Construction projects required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
Management experience is preferred
Construction Software experience is preferred
