Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details
Qualified candidates will be responsible for completing tasks in the following areas:
Construction Project Management
Lead project team to ensure construction is completed per the design, budget, and schedule
Develop and maintain beneficial rapport with Owner, Architect, & Local Authorities
Monitor and expedite project material deliveries as they pertain to each trade
Facilitate jobsite safety through the Superintendent
Assist Superintendent with maintaining as-built (record) drawings for close-out
Ensure prompt completion of punch lists and project close-out documents
Estimating and Pre-construction
On occasion, candidate will complete bids for personal clients and then manage the project if awarded
Review and assist Estimator with subcontractor bid clarifications (when needed)
Assist in developing project strategy (general conditions, scheduling, etc.)
Assist in value engineering (find ways to save money, material, or time)
Analyze working drawings and specifications
Review subcontract work scopes for omissions or discrepancies.
Subcontractors
Plan, coordinate, and manage all subcontractors on your assigned projects
Conduct project subcontractor coordination meetings
Review and understand full scope and details of each subcontract
Resolve all field problems with subcontractors and building officials
Project Scheduling
Develop the project schedule and update as required
Continually monitor overall project schedule
Coordinate master schedule with Superintendent s short interval schedule
Cost and Quality Control
Monitor field labor and material expenditures to ensure maximum profitability
Prepare timely change orders for Owner s approval
Assist Superintendent with monitoring quality of installed materials and workmanship
Complete financial reports in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy
