We have an immediate opening in our Austin office for a construction lawyer who will work with our world-class Infrastructure Group. With the broadest and deepest infrastructure practice in the U.S., we specialize in the innovative delivery of large public civil works projects, including contract administration and construction claims. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 8-10 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis on, or experience in, construction disputes. The candidate must be licensed in the state of Texas and have substantial familiarity with state court rules. The ideal candidate will also have a small portable portfolio of their own clients.
