Paint Estimator- Commercial Estimator
Extreme Drywall Concepts/ Extreme Painting has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced Painting Estimator. The qualified candidates must be motivated, self-starter and can manage their projects to be completed on time & on budget. Projects will include: new projects, remodels, TI, hospital, assisted living, schools and municipal work.
Description of duties are as followed;
Experience; A minimum of 5 yrs experience in estimating painting projects.
Attend Jobsite meetings if necessary.
Thoroughly read and interpret all project plans and specifications for the project.
Create submittals.
Write up a descriptive field request forms (T&M/ CO).
Order materials when needed.
Be proficient with On Screen Take Off & Quick Bid
Work in a TEAM Environment
Qualified candidates must have min 5 years' experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator with a primary focus on Painting projects ranging from 50k to 1 Mil.
This position requires great communication skills.
