**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., LLC is a 20-year-old construction company based in Las Vegas servicing Nevada, California, Arizona and multiple other states. We are looking for a highly motivated Construction/Flooring Estimator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
The Construction Estimator prepares bids and pursues bid opportunities for all lines of business. Main responsibilities include creating estimates for bids, writing proposal and take offs, creating vendor relations to ensure best materials pricing, create job budgets from estimates, and work closely with project managers to review and complete estimates for new jobs. Knowledge in structural concrete projects preferred.
Requirements
Knowledge of bid process, budgeting, and pricing negotiation
Knowledge of project management
Construction/Project Management degree, or 5 years of experience equivalent
