Drywall Estimator- Commercial Drywall
Extreme Drywall Concepts has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator. The qualified candidates must be motivated, self-starter and can manage their projects to be completed on time & on budget. Projects will include: new projects, remodels, TI, hospital, assisted living, schools and municipal work.
Description of duties are as followed;
€ Experience; A minimum of 5 yrs experience in estimating drywall projects with metal stud framing (CFS).
€ Attend Jobsite meetings if necessary.
€ Thoroughly read and interpret all project plans and specifications for the project.
€ Create submittals.
€ Write up a descriptive field request forms (RFI's/ T&M/ CO).
€ Order materials when needed.
€ Be proficient with On Screen Take Off & Quick Bid
€ Work in a TEAM Environment
Qualified candidates must have min 5 years' experience as a Commercial Drywall Estimator with a primary focus on Drywall projects ranging from 200k to 3mil.
This position requires great communication skills.
