Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder communications to define project scope, timeline, budget and other constraints as it relates to their Project needs.
Develop programming documents to define problem statement and develop feasibility plans defining the strategy for project execution.
Engage internal and external resources as needed to develop design drawings, technology packages, and construction solutions that would meet the needs of the Project
Organize, prepare and maintain project documents including but not limited to subcontractor correspondence, insurance, safety, project files, etc.
Actively track multiple aspects of ongoing projects and ensure stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage vendors on site and maintain a firm safety culture throughout the execution of the project.
Ability to review basic contract clauses and liaison with internal legal teams to negotiation various type of contracts
Ability to execute complex Requests for Quotations and expertly break down proposals to produce the optimal commercial solutions.
Ability to create schedules, budget sheets, risk registers, Gantt charts, and other project management activities.
Qualification and Experience:
Required: 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination and management-level stakeholder engagement in projects of value of $100K Required: Candidate must be willing to pursue and acquire a CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) Through the Project Management Institute Organization within the first 18 months of employment
Preferred: A Bachelors degree from a recognized institution in a field that compliments the role as described
Knowledge of construction processes and project management lifecycle
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes
Proficiency in All of Microsoft Office Programs
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Clear Communications Skills (Oral, Written and Comprehension)
Can-Do Attitude, Goal/Detailed Orientated, Organized
