Aon is looking for an Account Specialist IIAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Construction Services Group within Aon Risk Solutions supporting our Southwest offices.  Your impact as an Account Specialist II Job Responsibilities:Maintains effective and productive relationships with clients and contractors.Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests.Participates in pre-renewal and renewal meetings. Assists Account Executive on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve multi-national clients and undertaking the client-facing and internal activities related to these processes.The Account Specialist maintains effective and productive relationships with clients.Liaises with Aon network offices on global program coordination activities, including values collection, premium allocations, and premium tracking.Gathers and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and unique coverage needs for international/global submissions.Performs submission assembly/creation where assigned.Monitors and follows-up on invoice generation, local policy issuance, and premium collection.Manages client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requests and questions within ability/knowledge.Gathers and analyzes data and drafts assigned elements of client service plans, stewardship reports and other convincing presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.Markets routine new and renewal placements according to company procedures.Works with Account Executive to gather information from client and determine which markets to submit to in order to prepare renewals and client information presentations/proposals.Ability to prepare client and carrier documentation with clarity and brevity.Serves as the primary interface with Aon Client Services (ACS), coordinating activities of the client service team and ACS to ensure that key processes assigned are performed effectively.Actively supports and monitors the renewal process. At the direction of the AE Leader, drafts quote comparisons and follows up for binders, policies and endorsements.Receives and manages routine and complex coverage inquiries and endorsement requests.
