\u003cp\u003eResponsibilities include: Performs building maintenance including repairs, installations, general remodeling, and improvements as needed or assigned. Repairs and moves desks, file cabinets, chairs and other furniture and fixtures. Performs all trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, as directed by supervisor or other members of Facilities Management. Inspects facilities and equipment to determine installation, maintenance, and repair needs. Maintains inventory of spare parts and maintenance equipment. Installs and repairs floor and wall coverings. Assist with wall board repair, patching, plastering, painting, or concrete work as needed.\u003c/p\u003e
